Zillow scraper API: skip the scraper
Paste a Zillow link or type an address. Get the property back as JSON: price, status, Zestimate, rent Zestimate, photos, and price and tax history. No proxies to buy, no scraper to run, no selectors to fix.
Why skip the DIY scraper
No scraper to babysit
Zillow blocks scripted traffic. You don't run a scraper: lookups go through our data provider, and failed lookups aren't billed.
No upkeep
When Zillow changes its pages, a DIY scraper breaks until someone fixes it. We maintain the field mapping and test it against saved real responses.
Address in, not just a URL
Paste a Zillow link, or type a plain address and we find the property first.

Your responsibilities, briefly
Not legal advice.
PropertiesAPI returns data shown on public Zillow pages, as-is. We don't guarantee it is accurate or complete, and it isn't official Zillow data.
You decide how you use it, and you're responsible for that, including Zillow's own terms and the copyright in listing photos. No FCRA uses such as credit, insurance, employment or tenant screening. See the terms highlights.

Zillow scraper API questions
What is a Zillow scraper API?+
A service that fetches a Zillow property page for you and returns the data as JSON. You skip proxies, headless browsers and HTML parsing.
Why not run my own Zillow scraper?+
You can. The cost is upkeep: Zillow blocks scripted traffic, and selectors break when its pages change. With an API you make one HTTPS call and someone else handles that.
What data do I get back?+
What the public Zillow page shows: listing price and status, Zestimate and rent Zestimate when shown, beds, baths, square feet, photo URLs, days on Zillow, price history, tax history and the listing broker. Missing fields come back as null.
Can I look up a property by address?+
Yes. Send ?address= and we find the matching Zillow property, or send ?url= with a zillow.com/homedetails link.
Is this Zillow's official API?+
No. PropertiesAPI is an independent service, not affiliated with Zillow. The data comes from public Zillow pages and is provided as-is, with no guarantee.
How much does it cost?+
50 free lookups with no card, then paid plans (lookups a month): Starter $29/mo (2,500); Pro $79/mo (7,500); Business $199/mo (20,000); Scale $499/mo (65,000). Overage is your plan's own per-lookup rate ($11.60 per 1,000 on Starter, down to $7.68 on Scale). Repeat lookups of the same home within 24 hours come from our cache and are free. Failed lookups aren't billed.
Am I responsible for how I use the data?+
Yes. That includes Zillow's own terms and the copyright in listing photos. See the terms highlights. This isn't legal advice.
