Zillow's Zestimates API returns "current Property, Rental and Foreclosure Zestimates for ~100 million properties". Access is through a request form that Zillow reviews. The legacy free GetZestimate call was retired in 2021.
If you need official, licensed Zestimate data, that is the route to take. If you want the figure shown on a public Zillow page, by link or address, with no application review, PropertiesAPI returns it.

Is there a Zestimate API?+
Zillow has one, but it isn't self-serve. You request access with a form and Zillow reviews it. PropertiesAPI is a separate, independent option: it returns the Zestimate shown on a property's public Zillow page.
How do I look up a Zestimate with an address?+
Call GET /v1/zillow/property?address= with the street address. We find the matching Zillow property and return its Zestimate and rent Zestimate, when Zillow shows them.
Can I get the rent Zestimate too?+
Yes. It comes back as rentZestimate in the same response, when the Zillow page shows one.
Why is the Zestimate null for some homes?+
Zillow doesn't show a Zestimate for every property. When the page has none, the field comes back as null.
Is this the official Zillow Zestimate?+
It is the figure shown on the public Zillow page at the time of the lookup. PropertiesAPI isn't affiliated with Zillow, and the data is provided as-is, with no guarantee of accuracy.
Can I get Zestimates in bulk?+
Yes. POST /v1/zillow/batch takes up to 50 Zillow links or addresses per request.
Are there rules on how I use it?+
You're responsible for how you use the data, including Zillow's own terms. No FCRA uses such as credit, insurance, employment or tenant screening. See the terms highlights.
