- A lookup failed or looks wrong: send the Zillow link or address, the time of the request and the error code. Our policy is not to bill failed lookups once paid plans are available.
- Billing (paid plans, when available): send the email on your account. Never send your full API key.
- Privacy requests: say what you'd like us to do (a copy, a correction or deletion). See the Privacy Policy.
- Misuse: tell us what you saw. See the Acceptable Use Policy.
